Differentiated Instruction Trainer (K-12): Flexible Contract Work

The position:

• Deliver our differentiated instruction training to schools and districts nationwide
• Present from complete, provided materials after full onboarding in our model
• Build your own training calendar as a 1099 contractor
• Keep your current teaching or leadership role if you want it

The compensation:

Commission structure, disclosed up front: training days pay a minimum of $1,000, exceed that often, and add up according to how frequently you train. No hourly wage applies.

The qualifications:

• Genuine differentiation experience in mixed-ability classrooms, as a teacher, special educator, interventionist, coach, or administrator
• Formal education credentials: bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Engaging delivery with adult learners
