In-Service Trainer: Student Engagement and Motivation (1099, K-12)

Nationwide, USA (Remote-Friendly / Travel to School Sites)

1099 Independent Contractor, Part-Time / Flexible  ·  Posted July 29, 2026

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness is adding in-service trainers for our student engagement and motivation program, and the ideal applicant might currently be standing in a classroom, sitting in a principal's office, or enjoying a well-earned retirement. All three work for us.

Some background on who we are. The company was founded in 1993, holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and has delivered training to more than 400,000 educators across every state, serving public, private, and charter schools from PK through grade 12.

Some detail on what you would do. You would deliver our engagement and motivation in-service sessions to faculties and district groups, working entirely from materials and session designs we supply after training you in our model. Scheduling is yours to control, and current school employment is no obstacle; trainers routinely present for us around full-time positions.

Some clarity on compensation, because we believe in disclosing it plainly. This is commission work with no hourly component. A day of training pays $1,000 at the absolute minimum, above that as a matter of routine, and your yearly figure is a direct function of the training volume you choose.

Requirements: K-12 teaching, counseling, coaching, or administrative experience, a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, and genuine presentation talent.
