K-12 Differentiated Instruction Specialist: In-Service Trainer (1099)

Nationwide, USA (Remote-Friendly / Travel to School Sites)

1099 Independent Contractor, Part-Time / Flexible  ·  Posted July 29, 2026

District PD calendars everywhere list the same aspiration: help teachers truly differentiate, not merely mention it in lesson plans. Turning that aspiration into practice is what the Center for Teacher Effectiveness gets hired for, and we are hiring specialists to keep up.

About us, briefly. In business since 1993. Over 400,000 educators trained across all 50 states, in public, private, and charter PK-12 schools, plus college and conference settings. Rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

About the work. Specialists deliver our differentiated instruction in-service program: realistic strategies for scaffolding, flexible grouping, and reaching diverse learners without doubling anyone's workload. Everything is prepared for you, from slide decks to participant materials, and we train you in delivery before your first engagement.

About the terms. Independent contracting on commission. The floor for a training day is $1,000; the ceiling does not exist. Earnings follow effort and availability, and your current position, if any, remains yours to keep throughout.

About you. Hands-on experience differentiating in K-12 settings, whether as a classroom teacher, special educator, interventionist, coach, or building leader. A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field. Energy and skill presenting to adult learners.

Rolling interviews are underway.
