Student Engagement and Motivation Trainer (K-12, Flexible)

Teachers can force compliance. Nobody can force engagement. It has to be earned with craft, and teaching that craft to educators is the job described here.

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Time To Teach) has provided professional development to over 400,000 educators in all 50 states since 1993, and our student engagement and motivation program sits near the top of what districts request. We are hiring trainers to deliver it.

Day to day, this means:

• Training PK-12 faculties in concrete engagement and motivation strategies
• Working from our complete, prepared materials rather than building your own
• Accepting engagements that fit your calendar and declining ones that do not
• Continuing in your current education role if you hold one

Financially, this means:

Commission pay with a hard floor of $1,000 per training day, and days that pay more are common. Because there is no salary and no hourly rate, yearly earnings mirror the amount of training you deliver.

To qualify, you need:

• K-12 experience where student engagement was visibly your strength
• At minimum, a bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field
• Presentation energy that models the engagement you teach
