Our company is intentionally structured for success. We are designed with a lateral organizational model, which means that instead of funneling revenue to high-paid executives at the top, much of the earned training revenue is shared directly with our Associates — and we can prove that.
Our success begins with how we treat our trainers. We pay our trainers at the highest rates in the industry; in many cases they earn significantly more than corporate trainers. Once you have watched the complete webinar on this site and submitted your resume, you will be invited to a phone interview. After successfully completing the interview, you will receive detailed information about our compensation package.
We operate satellite offices in 10 states: California, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. These offices are run by our Executives and National Directors.
Our correspondence and financial processing centers are located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho — known as the city by the lake — which serves as the heartbeat of our company where all business operations come together.
We are not a multi-level marketing company. There are no levels below you, no downlines, no recruiting of other trainers. Training revenue does not trickle upward. We share a majority of earnings directly with our Associates — the people doing the work.
