Our Weekend Certification is designed to deliver the full experience in a focused format — structured so you can complete your certification without taking time off from work.

Format: 3-day Weekend Certification (36 hours of instruction), typically delivered across two focused weekends in an extended-day format. Days run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Weekend 1 — Days 1 & 2 (Virtual or In-Person)

Days 1 and 2 focus on the full Student Engagement & Motivation (Differentiated Instruction) curriculum, presentation and practice, the five core components, and key business details. You will also receive guided support with the portal, tools, and resources so you feel confident using everything after the weekend.

Optional Connection Time: When Weekend 1 is held in person on the first evening, we offer a relaxed meet-and-greet with new Associates and Directors.

Weekend 2 — Day 3 (Always Virtual)

Day 3 is always virtual and is dedicated to marketing and growth for your training business — including messaging, outreach, and practical next steps so you leave with a clear action plan.
