No. You do not have to be a current teacher to be a trainer. However, your audience is teachers and you will be working within schools. Most trainers have spent time as an educator in a K–12 school, university, technical college, preschool, youth camp, or church group and understand the needs of schools firsthand.
Audiences connect powerfully with presenters who have been there, done that, and have been "in the trenches." That lived experience is what makes our trainers so effective.
Trainers have a flexible schedule and can take advantage of the opportunity to work when, where, and how much they wish — evenings, weekends, personal days, spring break, or summer. Many of our trainers are full-time teachers who train on their days off. Others are retired and train as much as they want.
Placement is competitive and we accept outstanding, accomplished educators. If you fit this description, please contact us immediately.
