Our trainer opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role — not W2 employment. This is not right for everyone, and we completely respect that.

If you are specifically seeking a full-time salaried position with benefits, this program is not a match for your current needs. We would rather be upfront about that than have you invest time in a process that isn't aligned with your goals.

Before You Go — Consider This

Many of our trainers felt the same way initially. They were looking for something predictable and stable — and then they saw what the 1099 model actually looked like in practice.

• Some trainers earn more in one day than in one month of teaching
• You set your own schedule — train as much or as little as you want
• Many trainers continue teaching full-time and train on weekends and breaks
• There are no territory restrictions — you can grow as large as you want
• Your National Director supports you with contracts, negotiations, and bookings
